Students of this program, who should have at least three years of industry experience, are meant to integrate theoretical and practical competencies necessary for the effective management of healthcare systems.
The University of Missouri estimates that a per-credit tuition cost of $813, leading to an approximate total degree cost of $34,178.
Out-of-state residents are charged the same tuition as in-state residents. Additional fees may apply. Students are also encouraged to apply for financial aid: 3 out of 4 Mizzou graduate students receive aid, with the average package amounting to more than $20,000.

William Woods University
William Woods is a private research university with nearly 150 years of history, located in Fulton, Missouri. The university offers an online MHA meant to fit the schedule, location, and convenience of each interested student.
As with many MHA programs, William Woods has a minimum work experience and GPA requirement: at least one year of experience in the industry, and a minimum GPA of 2.5. Missouri residence is not necessary to participate in the degree program.
