This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education. Students of this program, who should have at least three years of industry experience, are meant to integrate theoretical and practical competencies necessary for the effective management of healthcare systems.

The University of Missouri estimates that a per-credit tuition cost of $813, leading to an approximate total degree cost of $34,178.

Out-of-state residents are charged the same tuition as in-state residents. Additional fees may apply. Students are also encouraged to apply for financial aid: 3 out of 4 Mizzou graduate students receive aid, with the average package amounting to more than $20,000.

In addition to the flexible online coursework which allows students to balance their profession and their education, students are required to complete four weekend campus visit each semester.

In addition, students at the end of their degree plan are required to complete a capstone research project, which they will present in conjunction with an oral exam before faculty members.

William Woods University
